Deposits

The deposit displayed at checkout is charged securely by Stripe and applied to the final service total. An opening is not confirmed until the deposit succeeds.

Changes and cancellations

You may reschedule without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment; the deposit carries to the new opening. A cancellation made through the portal before that window releases the opening and queues the eligible deposit refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Contact the studio if an emergency requires owner review.

Service totals

The checkout quote reflects selected services and add-ons. The remaining balance is due at the appointment. Material changes requested during the visit may change the final price or required time with your approval.

By booking with a mobile number, you agree to transactional appointment confirmations and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Marketing messages require separate consent.
